Upload your bank and card statements. The system categorizes and reconciles them, sends you only the exceptions to approve, and produces your monthly financial statements and Business Management reports.
Step 1
Each month, upload two files your bank produces for each account: the PDF statement and the transaction download (QBO, QFX or OFX). Nothing is typed. The files are accepted only if they agree with each other and continue exactly from last month; otherwise they are rejected, not adjusted.
Step 2
About 90% of transactions are categorized automatically once your rules are learned. Unclear items come to you with a suggested category.
Step 3
Every account is reconciled to its statement. The month closes only when every difference is zero.
Step 4
Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, a general ledger, QuickBooks files, and your Business Management reports updated automatically.
| Tier | Transactions a month | Accounts included | Monthly |

Every tier includes the Business Management membership. Onboarding $250 one time; catch-up months $75 each; extra accounts $25 a month; annual billing 10 times the monthly price. During the pilot, access is granted directly and payments are not taken online.
For construction contractors: added to any Monthly Close tier. Prices cover up to 8 active jobs (a job with costs or billings in the month).
Job costing, subcontractor register and withholding tracking, and job profitability reports.
Each additional active job $15 a month · contractor setup $350 one time
Everything in Essentials, plus contracts and change orders, pay applications and retainage, monthly estimates, the WIP schedule, contractor metrics and a bonding readiness package.
Each additional active job $25 a month · contractor setup $750 one time · one bonding package a year included, extra $350
The WIP schedule uses your own monthly estimates of cost to complete and is management information. Sureties and banks usually require statements reviewed or audited by an independent CPA firm; the add-on prepares the support for that work.
You own your books and approve every exception. Statements are prepared from your documents without verification.
